After that, this library was the Admissions, Records and Counseling Building. Orange Coast College opened its third library in 1969. It was closed in 2000 and went under an extended renovation processes and now become Norman E. Watson Enrollment Center. Orange Coast College’s fifth library is now located next to the Art Center.
